Ingredients

  • 1 large round slice Watermelon ( about 1.5 inches thick)
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries, washed
  • 1 small handful Fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Honey (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut a thick round slice from the center of the watermelon (1.5 inches thick)
  2. Gently pat the top of the watermelon with a paper towel.
  3. Place a spoonful of vanilla yogurt in the center of the watermelon slice and spread it with the back of the spoon, leaving a small red edge visible as shown in the picture.
  4. Add the sliced strawberries and whole blueberries over the yogurt.
  5. Drizzle honey lightly over the berries, then sprinkle chopped fresh mint on top.
  6. Cut the watermelon into 8 triangles like pizza slices (Or up to 10 triangles)
  7. Serve right away while the watermelon is fresh and cold.
