Frozen yogurt bark with summer fruit is a delicious and healthy summer treat. It’s made with yogurt and a mix of berries and fruit. It’s great as an after-school snack for kids, a summer picnic treat, or a summer brunch because it’s simply made with yogurt, fruit, and a touch of honey. The treat is healthy, and to make it extra healthy, I’ve added flax seeds and other ingredients to provide an extra boost of fiber. I’ve also included vegan alternatives like coconut yogurt so you can enjoy the same delicious treat even though it’s vegan.
To prepare a frozen yogurt dessert with summer fruits, mix the yogurt with the sweetener, then spread it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and arrange the fruit on top. Next, place the tray in the freezer. Once frozen, break it into small or large pieces as desired.
Frozen yogurt bark with summer fruit is a delicious no-bake treat that’s perfect for brunch or as a late-night snack.
