Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Get the pineapple cut into small pieces, just small enough to fit into your machine. For the ginger, use the edge of a spoon to scrape off the peel, it’s way easier than using a knife.
Step 2: Put the fruits and ginger in a blender with water and blend on high speed until the mixture is like a thick juice – you can also use a juicer, just add a few pieces of pineapple and ginger without water. This step will also make it so you don’t need step number 3 below.
Step 3: (Blender only) If you’re using a blender, we need to remove the pulp so you can pour the mixture through a fine strainer or a nut milk bag into a bowl. Use a spoon to press the pulp to get all the good juice out.
Step 4: Give it a quick stir. Fill your glasses with ice if you want and pour the juice right over the top.
Step 5: Add a little mint as a garnish if you want to make it special.
