- 2 medium ripe avocados (Pitted and Peeled)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Place the avocados in a food processor or high-speed blender, making sure the avocados are very soft (Until the frosting becomes silky smooth)
- Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt right on top of the avocado base.
- Blend all ingredients together on high speed for about 2 minutes, stopping halfway through to scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula until no green bits remain.
