Step 1: Combine frozen blueberries (Or any frozen fruit of your choice), yogurt, and honey in a food processor. Blend until completely smooth, about 2 to 3 minutes. Scrape down the sides as needed to achieve a creamy, light mixture — Tip: If you have difficulty using a blender or food processor, let the fruit thaw for a few minutes before blending.

Step 2: Taste it at this stage and add more honey if blueberries (Or your fruit) is not sweet enough or if you want a sweeter treat.

Step 3: Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze for 3 to 4 hours until firm. Enjoy!
