Ingredients
- 2 racks beef back ribs (4 lbs)
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespooof of onion powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup your favorite BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit. Then cover a large baking tray with thick aluminum foil.
- Mix smoked paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl to prepare the dry marinade.
- Remove the thin membrane from the back of the beef ribs if it is still attached.
- Rub the spice mix evenly all over the ribs, pressing it in so it sticks to the meat.
- Wrap the ribs tightly in foil and bake for about 3 to 4 hours, or until the meat is super tender.
- Heat the grill to medium heat, then remove the ribs from the foil and place them directly on the grill grate.
- Brush the ribs generously with the BBQ sauce.
